Data Accuracy and Public Use
What should I check before starting legal entity identification for a UK business?
Before starting legal entity identification, it helps to confirm the exact registered entity name, registration number, official address details, and whether the organisation already has an existing LEI record.
Can I manage more than one company from one lei login?
That depends on how the platform is set up. Some systems allow one lei login to manage multiple entity records, while others keep each order or account flow separate.
Whom should I contact for support?

LEI Application via TNV-LEI
Can a dormant company apply for an LEI?
A dormant company may still be able to apply if it is a registered legal entity. The key point is entity status, not whether the business is actively trading every day.
Who can apply for lei registration in the UK?
In general, lei registration is for legal entities such as limited companies, LLPs, funds, trusts in relevant cases, charities, and other registered organisations. It is not normally meant for private individuals acting in a personal capacity.
Can a UK company complete lei registration if it already trades internationally?
Yes. A UK company involved in domestic or international activity can still complete lei registration as long as it is an eligible legal entity and provides the required business information.
